President lashes out at Trevor Noah after controversial Grammy monologue joke referencing Jeffrey Epstein
President Donald Trump is taking aim at Trevor Noah following a joke made during Sunday night’s Grammy Awards, threatening legal action and unleashing a furious rant online.
Trump blasted Noah on his Truth Social platform Monday, calling the comedian a “total loser” and labeling the 2026 Grammy Awards “the WORST, virtually unwatchable” broadcast. He also claimed CBS was fortunate this would be its final year airing the show after a decade-long run.
The former president zeroed in on Noah’s on-stage joke suggesting Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island — an allegation Trump categorically denied, accusing Noah of spreading false information.
Trump warned Noah to “get his facts straight fast,” threatening to sue him for “a lot of money.”
The moment came after Billie Eilish won Song of the Year, when Noah quipped that the Grammy was something artists want “almost as much as Trump wants Greenland,” adding that since Epstein’s island is gone, Trump “needs a new one to hang out with Bill Clinton.”
As previously reported, Jeffrey Epstein was accused of sex trafficking underage girls and died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal charges.
